You'll support the Head of Account Strategist in optimizing customer experience operations. Your analyses will directly shape strategic decisions for Skello's client portfolio. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI and data tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare analyses on Salesforce and Looker for strategic decisions
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly team activity reports
• Support Team Leaders with critical data analyses
• Facilitate cross-team communication with Marketing, Data, and Operations

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school
• Multiple internship experiences in demanding environments
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for data tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation

• Experience with Salesforce or Looker
• Knowledge of AI tools for process automation
• Self-starter with initiative
