You'll orchestrate the pipeline and own the marketing revenue number for a fintech API platform that connects consumer financial accounts. You'll scale the growth engine through paid acquisition, outbound, and ABM, driving high-quality leads for the sales team. You'll get to build zero-to-one growth programs at a Series A-C startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline strategy and reporting
• Lead paid acquisition across all channels
• Oversee outsourced SDR teams for alignment
• Design and optimize ABM campaigns with Sales

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in digital marketing or growth in B2B SaaS
• 3+ years in account-based marketing for enterprise sales
• Previous startup experience building from zero to one
• Proven ability to manage paid and outbound channels

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech or API-first companies
• Marketing to developers (PLG) and bank executives
• Building a Customer Advisory Board or community program
