You will provide legal counsel on the formation, structuring, and regulation of investment funds for Fortune 500 clients. Your work involves drafting fund documents, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong laws, and handling fund transactions and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2+ years experience in investment funds law
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong laws and regulations for investment funds
• Preference for law firm or in-house asset management experience

Responsibilities

• Advise on formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds
• Draft offering documents, fund agreements, and regulatory filings
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance and SFC guidelines
• Assist in fund transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory inquiries
