Requirements

• Active LPN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Available for minimum 4 shifts per month (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Deliver personalized, high-quality care based on clinical needs
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Use electronic charting (Statewise) to document care
• Work independently with 24/7 clinical support
