🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and manage employee records for accuracy and compliance
• Administer and oversee the company's 401(k) program
• Support leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset with effective interaction at all levels
