Description

Lead and execute multiple digital projects across accounts, collaborating with UX designers, art directors, and copywriters to develop user-centered solutions that drive health impact. You'll shape team best practices and thought leadership in UX/UI design.

Requirements

• 7+ years UX/UI, visual, or product design experience
• Strong digital portfolio including mobile-first websites and native apps
• Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin
• Experience with accessibility and WCAG standards
• Experience staffing, managing, and mentoring lower-level UX designers

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX design leads, copywriters, and art directors
• Drive strategic and conceptual vision across patient journey projects
• Influence project level planning and overall UX design for multiple projects
• Develop experience strategy and collaborate with brand teams
• Create visual design concepts and manage visual design process from ideation to delivery
