💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Ambience's financial forecasting, planning, and reporting infrastructure. Your models will drive high-confidence decision-making across GTM, Product, and Executive leadership. You'll be embedded in the business, translating operational reality into forward-looking financial visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the 2-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast.
• Lead the annual planning process end-to-end with department leads.
• Establish monthly reporting cadence for forecast vs. actuals.
• Prepare financial materials for quarterly board meetings.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking at high-growth SaaS companies.
• Experience owning company-wide financial models and annual planning processes.
• Strong fluency in SaaS metrics and cohort-based revenue modeling.
• Excellent executive communication skills for board audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
• Experience with Adaptive, Pigment, Sigma or similar planning tools.
• Background in management consulting or investment banking.
