💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the principal Legal business partner driving Celonis' U.S. Public Sector expansion. You'll lead high-stakes negotiations on complex software and SaaS agreements for federal and SLED customers. This role offers the chance to shape AI-driven process intelligence in government contracting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as principal Legal business partner to GTM, InfoSec, Engineering, Product and Compliance teams
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of software licenses, SaaS agreements, and teaming arrangements
• Develop contract templates and deliver training to empower stakeholders
• Interpret and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-171

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• 10+ years of legal experience in government contracting
• Deep understanding of public cloud and FedRAMP authorizations
• Expertise in SaaS licensing models and regulatory compliance
