💼 About This Role

You'll handle high-risk member cases and data privacy requests as the top individual contributor in Compliance Operations. Your work directly safeguards member rights and strengthens platform credibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex, high-risk cases related to account information and data privacy.
• Review and process advanced Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) under GDPR.
• Act as primary L3 escalation point for ambiguous or sensitive cases.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and DPO on escalated privacy matters.
• Monitor quality signals to identify trends and improve upstream processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in compliance operations or Trust & Safety.
• Deep experience processing DSARs and applying GDPR principles.
• Strong risk assessment capability with independent decision-making.
• Documentation discipline ensuring audit-ready case narratives.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-supported workflows.
• Experience partnering with Legal or senior stakeholders.
• Experience with quality monitoring tools such as UnitQ.
