You'll join MeBe as an RBT and enroll in our Candidate Program to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You'll provide evidence-based therapies for children with autism while earning unlimited free supervised fieldwork hours. This program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and tuition discounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record client data during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with BCBAs on initial and updated treatment plans
• Engage in parent training and conflict resolution

📋 Requirements

• Previous RBT experience
• Must be TRICARE certified
• Enrolled in a BCBA program at an accredited university or within 3 months
