💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and delivery of key advertiser workflows in Moloco's web-based campaign management portal. You will shape how advertisers configure, monitor, and troubleshoot campaigns at scale, driving both user satisfaction and business impact. This role offers the chance to work with planet-scale machine learning and collaborate with product, UX, data, and ML teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design of complex advertiser workflows in Moloco Cloud Portal
• Architect backend services and APIs for campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting
• Partner with Product, UX, Data, and ML to define operational and reporting strategy
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with backend or platform work on user-facing products
• Proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, C++, or Python
• Strong system design skills and experience leading complex features across teams
• Experience operating web services/APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases

• Experience with advertiser-facing systems like campaign managers or reporting dashboards
• Deep understanding of digital advertising and AdTech
• Hands-on experience with cloud and big-data technologies (GCP, BigQuery, Dataflow, Kafka)
