💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement an NYS Learning Standards-aligned art curriculum for a founding elementary school in the Bronx. You'll build meaningful relationships with students and families, track academic progress through data analysis to drive instruction. This role offers the chance to shape school culture from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement NYS Learning Standards-aligned curriculum
• Track and monitor academic progress of students
• Analyze data to inform instruction and revise practices
• Build a warm and inclusive classroom environment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• New York State certification in subject area preferred
• At least two years of teaching experience with record of improving student achievement preferred
