Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service or technical troubleshooting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to break down complex problems and explain clearly
- Type 40+ words per minute
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Develop understanding of BambooHR products to quickly navigate client issues
- Guide clients in performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and ATS
- Engage in upselling and customer retention activities
- Keep up to date on new features and products
