You'll join the Business Operations team to analyze large datasets spanning pricing, headcount, and market research, building models and dashboards that drive strategic decisions. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and champion AI-driven solutions across the organization. This role stands out for its direct impact on CPD operations and AI strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple domains.
• Design and implement analytical models and reporting frameworks end-to-end.
• Develop automation scripts and data pipelines for zero-touch processes.
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports for executive audiences.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in data analytics or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex formulas and VBA.
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying structured datasets.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a financial technology firm.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows or LLM tools.
