💼 About This Role

You'll design and optimize AI Agent conversational experiences built on the Zowie AI platform, shaping how customer-facing agents reason and respond. Your core impact will be engineering prompts, system instructions, and multi-turn flows that power chat and email automation. This role sits at the intersection of language, logic, and AI behavior.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize prompts, guardrails, and multi-turn conversational flows
• Engineer and maintain reusable prompt frameworks and conversation patterns
• Own end-to-end conversational journeys from discovery to deployment
• Build and maintain prompt evaluation pipelines with test cases and scoring rubrics

📋 Requirements

• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Experience designing and deploying AI conversational experiences
• Coding/scripting experience in Python or JavaScript for prototyping and testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational AI platforms like Zowie, Kore.ai, or Ada
• Background in customer service, contact center, or fintech environments
• Knowledge of UX writing or conversation design
