You will partner closely with the sales organization to help prospective customers understand the value of the AlertMedia platform. This hands-on, player/coach role involves leading high-stakes demos, solving complex technical challenges, and building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing Solutions Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Balance team development and hands-on technical contribution, mentoring and leading Solutions Engineers while directly supporting strategic deals
• Lead by example, setting the bar for technical excellence, consultative selling, and customer advocacy
• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers through regular 1:1s, career development planning, and performance feedback
• Define and execute a regional technical strategy, ensuring the team is enabled, certified, and equipped for value-based technical conversations
• Partner with sales to maintain pipeline health and drive deal progression
