Your core impact is designing and building tools, pipelines, and platforms that enable scalable evaluation across the company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and execution of perception and prediction evaluation systems.
• Design, code, and test tools, pipelines, services, and platforms.
• Collaborate with research scientists, ML engineers, and other teams.
• Assist in roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in production software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
• Experience working on a common codebase in a team environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with robotics/AV data.
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, ECS, Batch).
• Experience with perception and prediction metrics like precision, recall.
