You'll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on Giga's fastest-growing Commercial and Industrial segment. You'll set the commercial strategy, own the team's revenue number, and drive growth across the EPC, GC, and enterprise Owner landscape. This role blends team leadership, market strategy, and hands-on executive-level selling in a fast-moving startup environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Recruit and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Set quotas, define territories, and drive accountability
  • Coach AEs on complex deal strategy and pipeline management
  • Own segment revenue, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • At least 5 years leading enterprise sales teams in electrical infrastructure or energy
  • Deep expertise in the Commercial and Industrial ecosystem
  • Proven track record building and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or SFDC
  • Technical knowledge of power distribution equipment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
