💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair tasks in a student living property, using Building Automation Systems and CMMS to log service requests. Your work ensures safety and functionality of buildings and equipment with a focus on preventive maintenance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in Entrata and CMMS systems.
• Perform physically demanding maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Inspect vacated apartments and coordinate turnover repairs.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years full-time general maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, III).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to use computer programs like Entrata, CMMS, and BAS.

✨ Nice to Have

• HVAC certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Experience with building automation systems.
