🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Prepare apartments for turnovers
• Document work performed and parts used

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand 8+ hours
• Willingness to obtain CPO certification within 6 months

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
• Basic computer operations skills
