💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build agentic systems that automate workflows across internal departments, collaborating with stakeholders to surface automation opportunities. You'll own solutions end-to-end, from requirements to production deployment, working with LLMs and modern backend languages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to document workflows for AI automation.
• Build agent workflows that interact with browsers, codebases, and APIs.
• Design and build MCP Servers and proprietary agent libraries.
• Operationalize AI solutions with retrieval techniques (RAG, vector DBs).

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years working directly on AI/ML-powered applications.
• Strong fluency with AI tooling (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic APIs).
• Proficiency with modern backend languages (Python, Go, or similar).

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to customer-facing roles or user research for AI product development.
• Familiarity with retrieval techniques (vector databases, RAG).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
