🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review corporate governance documents including board resolutions and bylaws
• Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements for compliance
• Maintain corporate records and prepare SEC filings
• Prepare and file annual reports and proxy statements

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of corporate governance paralegal experience in a large corporate in-house environment
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices
• Familiarity with corporate filings, SEC regulations, and compliance requirements
