Description

You will lead the technical vision and execution for Coupang Eats, building scalable and fault-tolerant systems that power our fast-growing food delivery platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and drive engineering excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years building B2C scale products in Java stack and AWS
• 7+ years in technical leadership roles
• Hands-on experience designing scalable and highly available systems
• Solid expertise in Java development, distributed computing, caching, performance tuning
• Experience collaborating across globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to Eats Engineering organization
• Engage with senior leadership to develop technical strategy and roadmap
• Drive mission-critical projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Own overall architecture plan and best practices
• Mentor and coach engineers on architecture and engineering best practices
