💼 About This Role

You'll shape the core developer experience for AI inference at Baseten, a platform powering mission-critical AI for companies like Cursor and Notion. You'll drive the roadmap for APIs, SDKs, and UI workflows, turning complex ML infrastructure into a seamless product. This role offers high ownership and impact in a fast-growing company backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for APIs, UI, and developer workflows
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver elegant developer experiences
• Collaborate with customers to simplify AI deployment
• Drive product launches and improve onboarding and observability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools, SaaS, or ML platforms
• Engineering background (CS degree or equivalent software engineering experience)
• Deep developer empathy and ability to translate technical complexity into simple products
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, and GTM teams

• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and inference products
• Experience building APIs, SDKs, or dashboards for technical users
