Description

You will lead day-to-day execution of EW business line initiatives, manage field events, product deployments, and demonstrations, working directly with the Department of Defense. You will support end-users, develop training content, and ensure rapid delivery of capabilities. Your work enables real-time deployment of advanced hardware-software products in defense operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as Program Manager, technician, or Engineer
• Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements
• Experience in rapidly iterating test environments with software/hardware integration
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Willing to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity with the DoD to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software products
• Manage cross-team projects spanning multiple functions
• Own deployment of EW capabilities at test and demonstration events
• Coordinate and execute frequent test events with software/hardware simulations and flight tests
• Develop training content and deliver training to end-users
