Description

You will shape the product strategy and roadmap for observability at Make, helping customers monitor and debug their AI and automation processes. You'll lead cross-functional teams to build capabilities that connect to observability ecosystems and drive AI-augmented product practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS
• Understanding of observability concepts (monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting, tracing)
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate product workflows
• Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive, collaborative with strong communication skills
• Understanding of process automation and workflow orchestration
