💼 About This Role

You'll join a team building the infrastructure and developer tooling that drives high-quality interventions for members with cancer. You'll own ambiguous platform problems from discovery through delivery, evolving our AWS platform with Terraform and improving CI/CD pipelines for a tech-native healthcare company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead medium-to-large platform initiatives end-to-end.
• Evolve AWS platform (EKS, RDS, networking) using Terraform.
• Build and maintain internal Python libraries and Kubernetes tooling.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines with reusable workflows and better rollbacks.
• Partner with engineers to improve developer experience and tooling.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Experience deploying containerized workloads in AWS (EKS, Lambda).
• Proficient in Python for scripting and tooling.
• Experience with on-call rotation and observability stacks.
