Description

You will perform maintenance repairs including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry in apartments and common areas. You'll also serve as an on-call technician for after-hours emergencies, ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents.

Requirements

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Valid driver's license
• Considerable HVAC troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Provide on-call after-hours emergency service
• Walk and stand for long periods, climb stairs/ladders
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs
