💼 About This Role

You'll build the talent pipeline by attracting top engineering and technical students from universities across the U.S. to support SpaceX's mission of enabling human life on Mars. You'll plan outreach events, screen candidates, and manage the full-cycle recruiting process. This role offers exposure to high-volume recruiting and direct collaboration with hiring managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with intern candidates and hiring managers to convert to full-time roles
• Plan and attend university outreach events for top universities
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
• Source passive candidates and recommend top talent for interviews

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience
• OR associate degree and 2+ years of experience
• OR 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of degree

• Experience supporting a large-scale university recruiting program
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Ability to distinguish top 5% talent within respective fields
