Responsibilities

• Clean and pick up debris and trash from exterior areas
• Maintain sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and green spaces
• Assist with landscaping tasks like raking, weeding, trimming, watering
• Maintain pool decks, courtyards, grilling stations, and amenities
• Assist with painting, bulb replacement, and vacant apartment preparation
