Description

As a Registered Nurse on our Rehab team, you'll assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Your critical thinking and compassionate care will directly impact residents' recovery and quality of life.

Requirements

• Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in RN licensure
• Current RN license in working state
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within 6 months
• Critical thinking, communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to stand/walk long periods, lift heavy objects, and transfer patients

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' health, educational, and environmental needs on admission and ongoing
• Develop and revise dynamic care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration
• Identify and implement nursing interventions including medication and IV administration
• Monitor resident status, identify changes, and communicate using SBARR
• Assist with call lights and ADLs as needed
