You'll own complex enterprise deals for Bland's Voice AI platform from end to end. Your core impact is driving urgency in multi-threaded deals with technical and economic buyers. You'll lead with business value messaging and use MEDDPICC to qualify and win.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own enterprise deals from outbound through negotiation.
  • Qualify deals using MEDDPICC and map stakeholders.
  • Lead with business value messaging to executive buyers.
  • Partner with AI Engineers for technical validation.

📋 Requirements

  • MEDDPICC qualification expertise.
  • 4-8 years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience.
  • $100k–$1M+ ACV deal experience.
  • Value-based selling framework (Command of the Message).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI or voice tech.
  • Experience with contact center or dev tools.
  • Sold to multiple personas across product, engineering, operations.
