Description

As a Building Engineer with CP Group, you will ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems. You'll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies to deliver high levels of tenant service.

Requirements

• 3-5 years related work experience in commercial property mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems
• Universal CFC certification
• Appropriate trade license (e.g., Journeyman, Master Electrician, Refrigeration Certificate)
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air distribution systems
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment and control gauges
• Perform preventive maintenance per OEM standards
• Respond to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure)
• Conduct fire and life safety inspections
