You'll own the relationship with key school accounts, driving retention, expansion, and new business. Your work will help schools save millions on temporary staff by using Zen Educate's platform, directly impacting classrooms. You'll be part of a mission-driven startup scaling rapidly in the UK and US after a $37m Series B.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders like Executive Headteachers
  • Lead operational and commercial projects within your team
  • Manage recruitment processes using a consultative approach
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and tech teams to improve efficiency

  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets or similar KPIs
  • Confident in picking up the phone and building trust fast
  • Enthusiastic and curious with a growth mindset
