💼 About This Role

You'll support the planning and execution of Delinea's first-ever Customer Conference, a high-profile flagship event. You will collaborate across teams to deliver an inspiring attendee experience and drive business results. This role offers the chance to shape a major event from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate logistics for general sessions, breakouts, and networking events.
• Manage vendor and venue relationships for production and AV.
• Track event budgets and compile post-event data.
• Support sponsor deliverables and partner engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of event coordination or management experience.
• Experience supporting multi-day conferences (B2B tech or cybersecurity a plus).
• Proficiency in event registration and housing coordination.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cvent or similar event management platform.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity industry events.
• Project management certification (e.g., CMP).
