You'll join EquipmentShare's talent community for future Service Manager openings in Cibolo, TX. Use equipment diagnostic technology to streamline repairs and manage service teams. You'll be among the first considered for upcoming roles as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and assign work orders using proprietary tech
• Order parts and diagnose equipment issues
• Supervise mechanics and schedule repairs
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Service management experience in equipment or construction
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment diagnostics
• Customer service skills for client relationship management
• Leadership ability to supervise and train personnel

• Familiarity with fleet management software
• ASE certification or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
