Description

You will lead strategy, launch, and scaling of ad products for Roku's Retail Media Network partnerships. You'll partner with Product, Sales, and Business Development to shape go-to-market plans, develop value propositions, and drive internal readiness to accelerate revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in ad-tech or product marketing/management, preferably in Retail Media Network landscape
  • Experience in a start-up environment or entrepreneurial approach
  • Ability to communicate vision and results to senior leads and partners
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who deals well with ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Translate technical product capabilities into value propositions, positioning, and messaging
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Operations to manage roadmaps and launch features
  • Create scalable frameworks for product rollout including launch plans, playbooks, and sales materials
  • Lead internal training and enablement for commercial teams
  • Monitor competitive landscapes across RMNs and CTV to inform positioning
