💼 About This Role

You'll join the global IT team at Compass Lexecon, a leading economic consultancy, to deliver responsive technical support across EMEA offices. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV systems, ensuring smooth end-user technology operations. This role offers the chance to work independently while collaborating with remote global colleagues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
• Configure and troubleshoot software on laptops and mobile devices
• Provide AV and video conferencing support
• Support Active Directory and Windows-based services

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting a 50+ person professional services environment
• 2+ years with Active Directory and Windows 11
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
• Fluency in French and English

• Experience with Apple products
• Computer Science degree or equivalent
