You will advance PMO maturity and ensure disciplined execution of business system implementations and sustainment initiatives. Responsibilities include strengthening portfolio governance, modernizing visibility through dashboards and AI-enabled forecasting, and managing high-impact projects to model delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in PMO leadership and portfolio governance
• Proficiency in project portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and capacity utilization
• Background in business system implementations and sustainment

Responsibilities

• Advance and formalize PMO framework for commercial launch and post-launch scale
• Lead intake process (business case quality, scoring, prioritization, gating)
• Modernize project portfolio dashboards with AI-enabled risk prediction and capacity modeling
• Directly manage complex, cross-functional business system implementations
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery predictability and operational performance
