• Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge
• Deliver sensorial experiences via fragrance consultations and hand/arm massages
• Manage customer journey from start to finish using a personalized selling approach
• Assist with stock management, cleaning, and replenishment
• Achieve store and personal KPIs
