You'll join Proton's customer support team as the frontline ambassador for millions of privacy-conscious users. You'll resolve technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers to improve products. You'll work in a dynamic environment with a team of 100 dedicated professionals based in Skopje.
