💼 About This Role

You'll source and execute OTC trades for institutional clients across APAC, managing the full sales process from onboarding to trade execution. Your core impact will be growing Luno's business client base and meeting P&L targets in a fast-paced crypto environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Qualify and onboard OTC customers with large volume demands
• Execute OTC trades and manage counter-trades
• Manage APAC desk P&L against targets and risk limits
• Develop trading strategies for FX and crypto assets

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of trading experience in crypto, FX, equities or derivatives
• Proven track record of onboarding institutional clients and exceeding sales targets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution and documentation
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia

✨ Nice to Have

• Derivatives arbitrage knowledge or experience
• Strong client network in Indonesia and broader APAC region
• Familiarity with trading platforms and APIs
