You'll lead a frontend team to adapt video game commerce products for the China market at Xsolla, a global gaming commerce company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set goals and plan the development process for the team
• Estimate implementation time for individual tasks
• Organize and facilitate team rituals like stand-ups and retros
• Create and maintain product QA and delivery processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong working knowledge of React and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of backend components: caches, networks, load balancers, CDNs
• Fluent English (B2+ level) with strong communication skills
