You'll oversee field operations for residential land development projects, including grading, utilities, and amenities. You'll lead projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and permits while coordinating with consultants and contractors. This role requires strong technical expertise and project leadership to ensure quality and safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee land development field operations including grading and utilities.
• Lead projects from concept to completion, managing schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and third-party consultants.
• Obtain permits and approvals from local jurisdictions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, sitework, or homebuilder land development.
• 4-5 years managing land development projects for communities of 500-1200 units.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and site design principles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience navigating permitting processes with municipalities.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design.
