Description

You will develop and maintain automation to improve customer experience and support bottlenecks in the Starlink network. You'll work with engineering teams, create monitoring systems, and communicate results to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or STEM
• 4+ years experience in engineering, software, analytics, or operations at a tech company
• 4+ years experience with Python
• Strong project management and self-directed prioritization
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality automation for customer base growth and market launches
• Build alerts and monitoring for automation systems
• Manage requests and stakeholders in a scalable way
• Design measurable and well-scoped experiments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated solutions
