You'll assist with SEC filings and financial statement preparation for a fast-growing construction technology company. You'll collaborate with accounting, legal, and auditors to ensure GAAP compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review SEC filings including 10-K and 10-Q
• Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support disclosures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• At least 4 years of accounting experience with financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
