You'll help manage project costs from early feasibility through completion while ensuring quality and risk mitigation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis from design documentation
• Deliver cost management for occupier and investor-led projects
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost estimation

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years in quantity surveying or cost management
• Strong understanding of cost planning and construction cost estimation
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with European construction methods and NRM/SMM7 standards
• Proficiency in CostX or similar cost management software
• MRICS qualification
