Description

You will provide consultative support and project engineering for ClickHouse enterprise customers, blending hands-on engineering, development assistance, and high-tier support. You'll work directly with strategic customers on design, architecture, integration, and implementation, while also handling support cases across L1 to L3 tiers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Account Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management.
• 5+ years implementing, operating, or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant distributed DBMS.
• Technical depth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, or big data.
• Experience leading large scope technical projects in collaboration with multiple engineers.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% and participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project engineering consulting (50%) focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation.
• Provide consultative support (50%) to strategic users, assisting with implementation, onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
• Handle L1 to L3 support cases when not assigned to projects.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to product roadmap and account plans.
• Develop public and internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and reference architectures.
