You'll lead organic growth and SEO for an agentic AI startup backed by top-tier VCs. Your core impact is building self-sustaining growth loops through creative CRO and lifecycle automation. This role offers high autonomy and direct access to the founding team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis using Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Build and A/B test high-performance landing pages in Framer.
• Design CRM flows and no-code automations for lifecycle marketing.
• Ideate and scale low-cost growth experiments across channels.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on SEO and CRO in competitive B2B environments.
• Proficiency in GA4/PostHog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and automation tools.
• Track record of driving organic revenue for B2B SaaS from $0 to $1-5M ARR.
• Strong attribution and funnel analytics skills; comfortable in fast-paced startups.
