As an HRBP supporting the Go-To-Market organization at AcuityMD, you'll partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and RevOps leaders to drive performance management, employee relations, and people operations. You'll help managers navigate complex team challenges and implement practical solutions as the company scales rapidly.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR experience, including direct support of GTM or revenue teams
• Practical, partnership-driven approach to working with managers
• Ability to navigate ambiguous or complex people decisions
• Experience running performance review and calibration processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment and experience handling employee relations and performance situations

Responsibilities

• Own performance management operations for GTM, including reviews and calibration cycles
• Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring strong ramp experiences and smooth transitions
• Handle employee relations and performance issues with strong judgment and discretion
• Support progression and internal mobility, helping managers navigate promotion decisions
• Maintain and share key people insights using data to inform decisions
